Prominently positioned on Sydney Harbour foreshore, The Ritz established ‘super-luxury’ as a new category of apartment living in Australia. Each Ritz apartment was personally promoted and sold by Simon, achieving Australian record prices per square metre.

Beyond his property background, Simon has led business innovations in renewable energy, retail, finance and fine art. Notably, Simon founded the Sydney Art Gallery as Australia’s first commercial art museum, exhibiting original artworks on behalf of hundreds of Australian painters & sculptors.
